Lisa Dolan, CPP

President, Chief Executive Officer / Founder of People’s Accident Information Services Inc. d/b/a Securit®.

Lisa’s career began in the field of Correctional Administration. She founded Securit® as a product safety company and grew the company exponentially by partnering with Joseph & Lisa Garcia and adding Security Guard and Investigative services. Lisa’s direct responsibility is Federal Government Liaison, Business development, Strategic planning and instilling excellent service at every level within the company. Lisa is Board Certified in Security Management as a “Certified Protection Professional” and is on the Professional Certification Board (PCB) for ASIS. Lisa Dolan holds many trademarks and copyrights in the safety industry and is a graduate from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with degrees in Criminal Justice and Correctional Administration. She is also licensed as a Private Investigator.

Joseph M. Garcia

Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer / Co-Owner of People’s Accident Information Services Inc. d/b/a SECURIT®.

Joseph retired from the New York City Police Department after 20 years of service as a Detective. He was the C.E.O. of Silver Screen Security Ltds. For 19 years where he specialized in providing security guard services in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Joseph joined Securit in 2002 as a Security Consultant and assisted the firm in its transition from a product based company into a full service Security Guard and Private Investigative Company. In 2007, Joseph came on board full time as a Corporate Officer where his primary responsibilities are Corporate Management /Finances while maintaining quality service. Joseph holds a license as a Watch, Guard or Patrol Agency / Private Detective in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is also licensed as a U.S. Merchant Marine Officer with the United States Coast Guard and is a graduate of St. John’s University with a degree in Criminal Justice.

Lisa Spena-Garcia

Corporate Secretary / Co-Owner and Vice President of Administration / Human Resources.

Lisa’s career began in Law Enforcement with the United States Custom Service and then New York City Department of Investigation as a Special Investigator for 10 years. Prior to Securit®, she has 13 years experience with Silver Screen Security Ltd., a licensed Watch, Guard or Patrol Agency in Corporate Management and Administration.

Lisa joined Securit® in 2002 during its transitional period from a product safety company into a full service Security Guard and Private Investigative Company. Lisa holds the corporate licensing as a Private Investigator / Watch, Guard or Patrol Agency in New York and Florida. She is a graduate of St. John’s University with a degree in Criminal justice.

Steven Confino

Florida Manager

Steven Confino, is an accomplished law enforcement professional with an established career serving at the New York City Police Department, as well as four years of military experience. His training includes safety, security and emergency response operations for disaster relief and civil disturbances.

Working closely with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Defense Intelligence Agency, he gained extensive training and hands-on experience involving anti-terrorism programs and initiatives.

While employed with the New York City Police Department, Steven’s assignments included: Narcotics, Auto Crime, Organized Crime Investigation Division, FBI Joint Organized Crime Task Force and Counter Terrorism. He has received training at some of the best law enforcement academies in the country including, the FBI Academy, the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, the United States Secret Service Academy and the New York City Police Academy.

Steven has prepared and delivered comprehensive training seminars on anti-terrorism and crime prevention before diverse audiences including federal, state and municipal law enforcement agencies, corporate security professionals, and community groups.
